The Foundation’s mission is to support the development, growth, and stability of the Render Network. With a renewed focus on AI, the Foundation aims to collaborate with startups creating next-generation AI tools, leveraging the vast computational power of Render’s decentralized GPU network.

To do this, the Foundation has launched the AI Scouts program with several hackers, designers, and tinkerers dreaming up big things. This is a chance for us to better understand the new products in the market and connect with Founders needing resources to build the next tools.

Since the beginning of the Render Network Foundation we have had a focus on the future. Through passing 18 RNPs we have looked at a wide range of ways this project can grow. In 2024 it became apparent that the dreams phase of our focus needed more help being implemented into actual real world applications. We, and the industry, took a bet on AI and found the excitement and dreams to be the majority of the actual need, and we see that changing in 2025.

We are placing a big bet on AI getting traction, not just dreaming, in the next few years. We are heavily investing in a new program we are calling AI Scouts. We need to be closer to the cutting edge of what is happening next in the industry.

Meet our First Scouts

Nate Solomon

With more than a decade of experience in startups — from trucking to crypto — Nate has spent the last four years deeply involved in the Solana ecosystem. He founded and ran one of the largest digital art platforms on Solana, bridging the gap between artists and collectors through blockchain. A hands-on builder with a passion for innovation, Nate is always looking for ways to push the space forward and unlock new opportunities for creators.

Paul Roales

Paul Roales is an engineer from Google Deepmind where he worked on LLM evaluation. Before Google Paul worked at Waymo where he developed the core IDE used to develop the self-driving system. With a Masters from the University of Chicago, Paul has spent time as an elected official and as a venture capital investor. In his free time Paul develops machine learning applications for low-field Nuclear Magnetic Resonance spectroscopy as it applies to home biomarker quantification.

Danny Newman

Danny is serial tech entrepreneur and innovator with a proven track record of founding, growing, and successfully exiting multiple startups focused on exceptional user experiences. His superpowers include extreme creativity, a passion for skunk works projects, and an ability to see into the future of technology, enabling him to create innovative products that people love.

Render x AI

The AI revolution is happening now, and we’re doubling down on our commitment to accelerating its future. By supporting builders at the forefront of AI, we’re ensuring that Render remains the backbone of this next wave of innovation. The AI Scouts program is just the beginning — there’s never been a more exciting time to build, and we can’t wait to see what’s next.
